IT TAKES A VILLAGE
September/October 2023

Welcome back! We hope you've had a summer filled with laughter and memorable adventures!

We wanted to let you know about some changes in the Snapshots for the 2023-24 school year. Firstly, we will introduce a new Snapshot bi-monthly starting in September. Secondly, the Snapshots for the year will focus on the significance of nurturing connections and community in your children's lives. In today's fast-paced world that often prioritizes digital interactions, the importance of forging meaningful connections with others cannot be emphasized enough.

These agencies can serve as valuable partners, offering a wide array of services designed to bolster families and enhance their overall well-being. By collaborating with these organizations, parents can tap into a wealth of expertise, guidance, and programs that address a spectrum of needs.

SCHOOL POSTER

Seeking help is an expression of strength, as it demands significant courage and self-awareness to admit our limitations and reach out for support when necessary. When we muster the courage to ask for help, we demonstrate vulnerability, trust, and a dedication to our personal growth and improvement.

This poster acknowledges the strength and bravery required to seek help and the importance of perceiving it as a strength rather than a weakness. It features a QR code that directs students to our "Where to Call for Help for Students" poster, providing valuable resources for assistance.
Visit the archived Snapshots that cover a variety of topics such as social media, friendships, bullying, alcohol, drugs, vaping, conflict resolution and more!
