We run four groups a week in Maple Ridge and the Tri-Cities, groups run year round.

Women may access the group by referral  through their family doctor, public health nurse or community agency, women can also self-refer, registration is completed during the group. A support person (i.e. settlement worker, family support worker) is welcome to come along as support.
