Coaches are integral to a positive BC Summer Games experience. Head coaches, assistant coaches, and adult supervisors are expected to travel on Games transportation to Prince George with their athletes (if travelling on Games transportation), stay in Games accommodation with their team, and to supervise their athletes throughout the Games.
Head coaches and assistant coaches as a minimum are expected to complete
NCCP Make Ethical Decisions or more advanced NCCP training in their sport. Adult supervisors as a minimum must complete the
CAC Safe Sport Training prior to the Games. For more information, contact your Provincial Advisor.
This unique multi-sport Games experience for our province‘s best young athletes would simply not be possible without passionate and caring coaches. Thanks coach!
